$195 per night, based on single/double occupancy.
Even though the cottage has two bedrooms, we accept no more than two people in the cottage. It is a small cottage and perfect for a single or double occupancy. Occasionally we accept a third person. Call for consideration. When we do accept a third person, an additional person charge will apply.
Two nights minimum stay.
Current Hawaii State Taxes (13.416%) will be added to all rates.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Personal Checks accepted if arranged in advance.

Vacation Rental Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

Reservation is honored at time of confirmation.
Credit cards will be processed 30 days before arrival date for full amount.
Reserving a complete cottage will block out dates on the calendar and a cancellation may affect us greatly, especially when the cancellation approaches closer to the arrival date.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded less a 15% fee.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be forfeited unless dates can be re-booked.
No refunds for cancellations during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
